Can I tokenize my apartment right now?
LAToken founder and CEO tokinized some of his property for example, so i think that the mechanism is already working.
wow, cool, can you give a link to this post?
If my memory does not fail me, i read about it somewhere in white paper. Smiley

Ok, I like this project and it seems you have strong team but I think its very difficult that the concept will become real...especially in real estate

The winners do not surrender. Those who surrender do not win.
Thats right if dev keep trying to add connections on various agencies in the world. it is not impossible that many people in various countries around the world will start to recognize LAT as a very helpful platform. when many people will sell or buy a home, apartment, etc, they will immediately see the LAT platform? dev team will be very influential here..

As for me the project seems quite realistic
For example:
1. You want to sell apartments in France
2. You go to LAT platform and choose french company from list
3. It helps you with local laws and rules
4. Profit
What is an advantage in this? The same you have in Google. What is additional value?
Google will not do most of work with bulk of lawyers and bureaucrats for you. Also one of the main features of LAToken will be the ability to sell very expensive assets, which can't be sold due to lack of buyer. Or the ability to sell something more mainstream, but with adequate pricing.

There is some mentions of the development of elements of artificial intelligence in the road map. How do you think, what can it be?
I think this is a kind of advertising promises. Now it is fashionable to mention artificial intelligence and neural networks everywhere.
Yes, but neural networks and their mechanisms work fine and can be used together with the blockchain
First time i hear about link between neural networks and the blockchain technologies. Can you be more specific?

I believe LAToken is aiming to raise $40M - is that going to be enough to build out a company that can realise their dreams of tokenising over $1T assets?

It's hard to say how much money it takes. But they argue that the collected funds are already enough for full scale development.

I like to ask why the bounty exchange thread was deleted by the admin? I noticed some other deleted bounty thread recently, Is the reason for the removal known?
LATOKEN decided to stop the bounty program ahead of schedule. I do not know why

There were some misunderstanding between them and the administration as I remember. Good it's sorted out though.

I was wondering recently: can cryptocurrency benefit mutual understanding between nations?
I believe we have discussed something related to this earlier, but the international nature of LAToken just keeps arising these thoughts.
On one hand, it can meet the requirements of WTO somehow. On the other hand, governments doesn't care about WTO tbh. May LAToken practices bring more order to that system?
You mean that since the trustees will have to act as a mediator between the buyer and the owner they will link countries?
I didn't mean that but this is a good idea.
Maybe it's more about that the governments will be working together in the KYC sphere?
What does it mean KYC can tell more in detail?
KYC - "know your customer". A set of measures to identify customers who use your product in illegal activities.

These funds is aimed for the development at the beginning. When the trade will be full-scaled LAToken will get profit from it.

I meant that the tokenization and trade of all declared during ICO sale types of assets should be implemented. And in the stated time.

It's better for them to not hurry and appoint the trustees for specific types of assets carefully than fail on something in rush.
