I think they are developing their own system.

developing their system might be a great move but i think it will take a lot of time, checking its reliability and security fixing the bugs in the system but all in all this will be the best move.

If they decided to make thir own system is because It will be better for everybody

We were selecting our English proofreader among a few candidates and sent the test material to all of them at the same moment.
As the task was very urgent, we selected the one, who showed the best result in a short period of time.
All of the candidates were informed about the process and selection.

"If everything is ok" is supposed to be the process and selection?

I can understand you guys choosing another person to do the proofreading, but to reply to me only now after I publicly state these things is just embarrassing. And now you have the audacity to say that "all of the candidates were informed about the process and selection."

I'm not going to get into this any further, but you guys remind me of companies that have terrible customer service and will only care when someone makes a fuss out of it on social media.
