hopefully the Bitcoin potential fork will calm down by the end of November, otherwise it might still be a wrong time for starting an ICO.

Staff and sympathizers work hard enough nowadays to identify possible failures and delays, congratulations for that. It will really bring a complete platform for your investors and the application of the concept will surely be spectacular at the right time. Bonusses is huge for Pre-ICO's. Big money wants to get discounts, smaller money wants to be early investors

True, but huge pre-icos take away normal ico investors, especially when the discount is high enough. People rather buy the dumps now after seeing what pre-icos have done to prices. I don't say that you couldn't make money on normal icos but that has not been the case lately.

But you need more tokens to get the signal faster, right? That means if big whales buy a lot of tokens they will get signals first before everyone else, that's somehow sad because I think there should be just a minimum token amount you should hold to get the signals all at the same time for everyone. But on the other side I can understand that they want to give something back to people who invested a lot. Just on the other side, some people also invest "a lot" maybe, for their possibilities :/

Same question why do a pre-sale if they plan to do the crowdsale in the same day the pre-sale ends, they could have done the pre-sale a month ago and further develop the application so that when the general sale begins the investors have working application and not just a demo.
