target cap- this is soft cap or no? I seen, that they have 25k ETH soft cap. But now, i dont see any info about soft cap. Only target and max cap...
They changed the cap. Stephane Ifrah explained it on the 17th. Dear all,
Just a quick message to tell you that KYC process is ongoing and running smoothly by now. We will communicate shortly on payment processes that should start early next week. We will make the last update of our Whitepaper prior to that to fix all the parameters.
After numerous discussions on our various caps (min, hidden, max) with our community, it appeared that it was too complex for the coming mass marketing that will start on 4th December. Therefore we have decided the following simplifications :
1. For transparency reasons, we are revealing our hidden cap which is 60k ETH and setting our max cap at this level, removing the hidden cap mechanism 2. We are also removing the min cap of 25k ETH which was not really readable vs the 40k ETH target cap.The 40k target cap does not seem to be the same as min cap though. I don't get why there is even such a thing as a hidden cap. what's the point of this?

Is 40k ETH the new minium and was 60k the previous max cap?

i think after ICO first napoleonX will be available on EtherDelta, this will be great for everyone, i personally i liked etherdelta easy and smooth running.
Yes, its always be the first stopover for erc20 tokens. Im glad that the transactions can take place smoothly with just a low gas price. Etherdelata it is OK for the beginning, but the performance of etherdelta is slow and not good for fast trading. That's true, it's due to it being powered by smart contracts on the blockchain.. they take some time to execute. I do see the speed has gone up since the last hard fork of Ethereum

Is 40k ETH the new minium and was 60k the previous max cap? As I understand from the above explanation, there will be no min cap. Max cap is at 60k ETH. But I am still confused with the 40k ETH target cap since this isn't the min cap as stated in the last sentence. What will happen if napoleon doesn't reach the target? Will this project still run even they didn't hit it?

Will this project still run even they didn't hit it? Of course the project will run, however, they will have to make some cuts in initial budget plans. From what I understand, target cap is a cap a company plans on reaching. Probably budgets are tied up to this number.

Moreover it also hides the marketcap so it makes the valuation gameable.

Ether Delta is used by people who are dumping their airdrops/bounties, pump and dump shems, projects that cant be listed anywhere else because its not a real project...
I hope NapoleonX ignores Ether Delta and gets listed on bigger exchanges

An ICO that requires Identification documents???sorry I am not interested.I would rather buy at exchange
Yes, but KYC already closed for pre-sale, as I know. Now almost all good projects require verification

I'm sure NapoleonX will have great exchanges. ED is a nice platform, so why should they ignore this.

I've been thinking about this lately, and it might be illegal for icos that are requiring KYC, to officially get listed on decentralized anonymous exchanges. Or at least to embrace them. If it isn't yet, it will be in the future.

Then they should go to other bigger exchanges. Etherdelta is the first step of listing for all of the ERC tokens these days. It is a normal level exchange and there are lots of crazy investors who try to buy tokens at cheap price.

Since you can trade every ERC20 token on ED, there is nothing NapoleonX can do to prevent their tokens of beeing traded there.

Interesting ICO, which has a plan for the development of algorithmic bidding. Here already 200 pages have written. And what is the minimum amount needed to participate in sales?
