Hello,
thanks for your interest. NaPoleonX will create several funds (in the future), called DAFs. Each DAF will probably be a security.
But the current ICO is conducted to seed the Asset Manager itself. Against this seed, the Asset Manager will give 85% of the revenues (performance fees) coming from the managing of the first ten DAFs described in the blackpaper at blackpaper.napoleonx.ai.

We have lower the max cap at the lowest value between 60 000 ETH and 15 m€, to take into account the change in ETH/EUR. Hope it clarifies your concerns.

the max amount of collected eth are then 50.000? is this right? thats the max capitalisation of the project? because they are stating about max of 15Mill. Euro, but that would be much less then the 50Mill. of NPX
