Pre-ico raised €1.1M but I don't think this amount is taken into account in the balance shown on the website. If I correctly understood your question.

15 mln - this is their soft cap or hard cap? Because they raised 9 mln at this moment... So project will be developing in any way?

€15M is their hard cap. I think €10M was kinda soft cap at one point, but I'm not sure it's still relevant, so I guess the project will go on anyway, yes.

€10M is still an important milestone besides it's psychological meaning, as if this amount is reached, the first DAF will be contributed by NaPoleonX itself.

What's somehow confusing actually is that the amount of ETH makes the value of funds raised fluctuate with market price. I'm curious about how the team will handle ETH's value when ICO ends, and what ETH price will be used as reference to determine if the first DAF will be funded by NPX itself.

How are they trading the crowdsale token that had not being distributed? Even the hardcap is less than 65% completion in less than a day to the crowdsale end. They should choose their priority right except the coin is the ICO coin.
