Hearing of lots of problems with un deposited coins just getting brushed under the rug

I have posted here and emailed directly since Monday, but not gotten any resolution...

Very disappointing, I had high hopes for this one.  Those I told about it are now considering selling off or not pursuing additional purchases

There are more people got thear coins without any problem than those who have a delay.
Support works with people who have a delay, I know this from my own experience.
Your allegations are completely untrue.

However, I have contacted support here more than once and only been told to email them.  I have sent three emails as requested, but yet to receive any response.  I understand problems happen, but a companies ability to resolve those problems shows how the company views its investors.  I would just obviously like the coins I purchased; why else would I waste my time contacting them and sharing my experience.

My experience is that I purchased coins, have been told they were dispersed, but this is what I see:

- I really love the idea about development of individual farmers as opposed to corporations, which every year are poisoning the population.
- I really love the economic incentives that are put in the BioCoin system (the simultaneous stimulation of production and consumption of quality farm products)
- I really love the team and Lavkalavka as working business in Moscow.

But, I spent 30 minutes to quickly look at the project in more details and I was confused in two points:

1. Why you choose PeerCoin technology?

I'm sure that 10 transactions per second not fast enough for such a large project. And In general, the PeerCoin project looks abandoned. So how you are planning to solve this network bandwidth issue? Did you consider the Graphene technology?


2. What the address with the stake 83% of all BioCoins?
I have looked at the rich list in biocoin explorer here http://block-explorer.biocoin.bio/richlist

Looking forward for you answers. I am really interested to invest in your project, but these 2 points are strong stop signals for me.

Support works very badly. I did not receive 155 coins for test purchases. There were only one promises, but it's still there. Unsure that the project will be successful, the team works only for advertising, the community for such a project is not very active. I am very disappointed in this project.

You took the time to reply to this message here, but yourself and Roman have not answered in the telegram chat in almost two hours:

-- They asked me to tell them my problem, but in a private chat so no one could see.  I told them no, I would rather solve it out in the open so others with this problem can see how to resolve.  This is a good opportunity for support to prove me wrong and show everyone that they are able to resolve issues. 

Be sure to join the Telegram chat prior to investing to see if support does help.  (I hope it does)

To be clear:
I just want anyone else with this wallet problem to see how to resolve and if support is present or not.  I have waited over a week with no response other than being told to wait.
I am not advocating against this coin; I invested in this coin in order to make transferring funds into and around Russia easier. I would like to invest further, but first want to see my initial investment deposited into my wallet like it should have been.
