That was the amount they raised in a presale through strategic partners. This has been added to the counter to avoid any further confusion.

This ICO hadn't been on my radar before, but I happened to see the Twitter post by Jamie Foxx promoting this, never hurts to have a bit of publicity!  Looking at the project, I'm going to give this one some serious consideration.  Just hoping I get my trades off and get some Ether in time!
