If you truly think china will permanently ban cryptocoins, you're uninformed to say the least. Remember, there used to be a ban on alcohol in the US until they figured out they could make billions from it. China isn't stupid, they're just being cautious right now.
they themselves have said they can't ban it.
they can ban access to exchanges and blockchains with their firewall.
of course crypto will survive there but the markets will be totally crippled. you can't have a pump without a centralised exchange. there will be none in china and no chinese person will be able to access foreign ones without jumping through hoops that are being closed every day.
tor doesn't work there. vpns are being clamped down on.
as neo is on western exchanges it'll still be able to pump. i'd get out when it does and shop elsewhere but that's just my opinion.
china is a country that actually closes its whole stock exchange when it heats up too much. anyone who believes they'll continue to tacitly endorse bitcoin, let alone ico stuff, needs to buy the bridge i'm selling.
