2 days to go now, and there is still no proper information about who is going to support it or not! Is there confirmation that the blockchain.info will be supporting Bitcoin Gold?

No wallet still? and what about the testnet? any news about that? I mean we are almost on time and there was no tests to check the viability of the network... damn what a disorganized project...

Not so sure about BTG. I was really quite disturbed about the fact that they have already mined 100K coins for themselves. For me its just a money grab. I will have nothing to do with it.

Im not sure if our local online wallet would be still be partnering with the bitcoin gold. Last august 1 hard fork, our wallet application supported the Bitcoin cash which allows all bitcoin hokder during the fork to receive the same amount they hold. It took some time for the holder to received the BTC from bitcoin cash value. Even though, there were no update with the app team, we still keep good amount of BTC expecting to receive something after fork.

The incoming fork is good to help bitcoin value continue to increase and make more stable than before value.

I reserved bitcoin to receive bitcoin gold, after October 25 I was able to transfer bitcoin to another place for normal use or continue to reserve bitcoin until I received bitcoin gold 11/2017.

Correct the incoming fork will just help bitcoin soar higher than before. I think bitcoingold is not the last fork of bitcoin. There will be more coming. The coming fork name maybe like bitcoinplatinum, bitcoindiamond, and etc. |

yes , too many BTC fork is very bad for the long term of BTC price , now the price is rising as a result of fork buying , it will change in the future if BTC dont stop forking and froking. |

they're futures, not the coins. to trade futures you have to lock up your btc in there and they release it back to you when they get your btg after the fork whenever that is. |

If you dont know what it is just do some research for example here http://www.investopedia.com/university/beginners-guide-to-trading-futures/but dont call it Scam of you dont know what it is. |

Does anybody know which wallets plan to support the Bitcoin Gold (BTG) friendly fork on October 1st? And what, if anything, should be done by the user?
yobit will support the "hard fork" even today it will begin to distribute the coins of BitcoinGold, and the user does not have to do anything, just leave their Bitcoin coins in their wallet at the time of the Hard Fork |

The Hardfork allready happened weeks ago. For what the people are now waiting is just the Snapshot of the actual Blockchain to import it into the new Chain. Bitcoin Gold is the GPU optimized version. In my opinion a big concurent for Bitcoin. Bitcoin is loosing in my opinion trust because of the Asic-Farms and the centralization of the market power by some mining groups. Bitcoin Gold is more decentralized and optimized for GPU Miners. Once ETH will change to POS than Bitcoingold might be more worth than Bitcoin now. if the Hardfork Story of Bitcoin will go on, I think Bitcoin will kill one day itself. |

The time for the fork is very close to need more or less 22 hours. But there is no official information about it. But i suggest to keep your bitcoin on the secure wallet who support BTG like the popular wallet Bitcoin core, electrum or etc. And don't forget you must holding your private key of your address. |
