#bitcoingold It seems mining pools are syncing to the BTG chain, we should be able to mine soon slowly but shirley  price has bee holding surprisingly well (really), just 42% down to $240 (bitfinex). i was excepting under $100 start. |

Where is the QT wallet? I only see unsafe smartphone and online wallets in their website, but not a QT version.

Its an offline wallet pretty much so you can't do much other than generate addresses |

As far as I know launch will be at 7pm est? (so somewhere about 3.5 hours away) And most testnet mining pools are down until then from what I am seeing. I am still a little unclear as to how to receive mined coins lol I've used the address generator and have what appears to be a working wallet address for BTG, but like someone else said, how do you see your coins and receive and send? I'm kinda jumping in this last minute |

With BCH I used a QT wallet called Bitcoin ABC, in another OS.
Was planning to do the same with BTG now.
Will BTG be claimed only through smartphones and java wallets?

Well I read 1900 utc and/or 7pm? Any pools up yet then? The ones I am watching are syncing up atm.... EDIT: this is what I read but think its wrong as the UTC doesn't makes sense lol... pools will be up soon either way I guess November 12, 2017 – 7:00 PM (19:00 UTC) |
