If I stick that address into btgexp.com I get: Search found no results.

Me too, but that's btgexp.com's problem.  You can see your address mentioned on btgexp.com when you look up the txid:
http://btgexp.com/tx/11f914b88918b734a879cddc0d911b1baf9916478cd2301065b6dca612992a1e
I've confirmed these details on my own node with:
Code:
$ ./bgold-cli -rpcport=8339 decoderawtransaction `./bgold-cli -rpcport=8339 getrawtransaction "11f914b88918b734a879cddc0d911b1baf9916478cd2301065b6dca612992a1e"`

All I really want is to sweep it into coinomi. I used bitaddress.org (code running locally) to generate the address. The original private key did not work in coinomi, key not recognized if I remember correctly, so I used bitaddress.org - wallet details to convert to WIF private key. Key starts with 5Jay. Does this key need to be converted to something else, if so, how. I don't want to download the whole blockchain to use the core wallet.

I honestly don't know.  I've never used Coinomi.  I'm using a full node to manage my Bitcoin Gold.

As of an HOUR ago, the different WARRING teams hadn't even decided WHOSE blockchain was correct most of the pools and exchanges under china/russian control were mining the wrong block-chain, ergo THEY ARE  fucked, U don't want to transact with a chain that will be deleted. Hold your horses.

Only a few hours ago BTG.SUPRNOVA.CC won the war, their block-chain was accepted as under BITCOIN rules the longest block-chain rules, the chinese BTG-DEV scammers didn't see it that way, but they lost out. The trouble is most the fly by night scammer pools, exchanges, wallets, ... are all using the FUCKED block-chain

I would give this thing a little while to wash-out

FUCK YES, download your own full-node and things should work fine, that said there are NO instruction anywhere how to build a correctly functional NODE that generates the correct chain, I learned by 3 weeks of trial&error, and ditto for SUPRNOVA.CC that did it right before they went live.

If U have the time, then yes download the github https://github.com/BTCGPU/BTCGPU/issues, and build the linux core/cli, and then you can get good balances, do your own transactions, and do gen your own addresses, for now assume that ALL the SHIT pools, exchanges and wallets on line are using the SHIT block-chain, most are still in denial, as it means that ALL BLOCKS mined in the past 32 hours are lost and must be deleted, its a fucking nightmare, but only the STUPID were harmed.[

Oh no... Figured out how to move by segwit address coins. But converted bitcoins to satoshis incorrectly and lost 90% to a mining fee. If there is any benevolent miner out there please, please, please return the coins to the address the remainder was sent to.

This is the transaction: https://btgexp.com/tx/a28063a818cb7acb66679427d5c71c82e71419e1fb258acaa7a7ed6617d17834

Intended destination is that address in the transaction: GWiXeStRsUBRzRM3iRLkK7tjWcwaATyZmo

Anyone know who mined that block so I can message them maybe? Please

I did the same and made some notes here.  They're far from complete but might be of help to someone.

Oops. Sad

I'm curious.  How did you handle your SegWit address?  I noticed your Bitcoin Gold address begins with an "A", is this related?  All the premined coins seem to have gone to addresses beginning with an "A", are they also AnyoneCanSpend outputs?

@ bitfools, are you normal? You don't have to turn us blind to make your point, I almost quoted you but realized it will make the page difficult to read.

Handled it manually using some scripts I have but you can also use the cli createrawtransaction and signtransaction. Do not reccommend this course of action though obviously...

Ok.  I was aware of this option but it's a bit too advanced for me and I was wondering if you'd sussed some more fool-proof method.  Thank you for sharing.

Could someone please share a link to the legid step-by-step guide on how to claim BTG if I have my private keys saved on time? Does someone actually managed to do that?
