You can try with Qryptos. I had the experience when i sold Signal Token in this exchange to ETH, i am very suprise with the fee which is zero. But the approval of this exchange when verifying is very difficult. I must submitted the document 3 times and chated with support team to be approved

Qryptos in fact,it does not take a Commission for the conclusion,a pleasant surprise when I output btc ,I had to really wait for a day, verification is required.

As long as the exchange gave me convenient transaction, they are worthy to get paid with those fee for my trades.
I'm thinking that those fees are some tip so it don't usually hurt me if the experience is good.

Qryptos really does not take a Commission for the withdrawal of ETH and BTC, only one minus bitcoin is more than a day, yesterday put on withdrawal and today I'm still waiting! but do not worry sometimes 2 days go, if you need a quick conclusion ,I do not advise Qryptos.

I just went trough exchanges since i was looking for the best option to trade small amounts of ETH/BTC and withdraw ,  some exchanges charge way too much for withdrawal.
I dont think that a constant fee of 7 $ for any amount of withdrawal of ETH is normal situation, they are not doing any service that is worth this amount even more if they charge trading fee. I found that the best way is Binance the withdrawal fees are rational.

Also regarding exchanges i want to add that HitBtc is annoying with their trading limitation like BTC is tradable only with iteration of 0,01 , this very annoying and very irrational .

I am trading on Binance and this is the top exchange and has good liquidity.
If you own BNB Coin will be reduced 25% fee per trading and fee are only 3.3 USDT per withdrawal.

Agree. Transaction fees are a major part of the trade. But it is not the reason to choose the trading platform based on it. For example, Mecartox has relatively low transaction costs and withdraw is also very cheap compared to binance, huobi, etc. But it has never been a good commercial site for choice.

Yes binance is one of the best crypto exchanges with low fees and good customer support with lot of trading pairs which made it to be a perfect platform for to trade anyone but binance don't have all the cryptos to be traded so you need to pick the exchange based on the coin
