yes im so picky with ICo's and we need to be like that. there's a lot of scam ICO so we need to be careful. i think must to study their whitepaper and check the ICO ratings first. for me this is the best way to find a better ICO.

What you said is correct their are lot of projects and we cannot invest in everyone. Even their are good projects which are nicely presented but the requirement funds are not collected and then the project start to get delay and some time it even dont get listed and the funds get just blocked.
