yep need to make a .bat with this:
memecoin-qt.exe -server

save it in your memecoin folder with the QT as memecoin.bat
make sure when you save your notepad you select the "all files" in the save as type drop down box

Says the target ajustments are @ 600 blocks... it states only rise.... does not go down?
If it never adjusts with the hash rates if hash goes down would that not kill the coin?
