who's the team behind this?? I couldn't find any names out there!

They are not giving any names. They claim there is no need as everything is bound to smart contract and happening automaticly.

That's a red flag. In the whitepaper they say 20 percent of the tokens will be given to the "development team", and then 10 percent of the proceeds will be used for marketing, those are not automatic. Development and marketing. Someone's doing them, why are they deciding to be anonymous??

I agree, without a team and github history you have no idea with their development history.
- Only 1 contribution on Github : https://github.com/SmartBillions
(no coding history; not knowing the history of the programmer)
- There's no copyright matters on the page bottom
- no 1500 ETH (for Hackaton) on contract as stated
- no Team & Dev's listed on the page
- worse of all, BLURRED Roadmap (and to be revealed after ICO)
- WHOIS : https://www.whois.com/whois/smartbillions.com
(registered user could be from Poland)

:: Anyone can write a flamboyant Whitepaper::

Ref : https://ftalphaville.ft.com/2017/06/01/2189634/its-not-just-a-ponzi-its-a-smart-ponzi/

So you mean it's a scam? No!

I really like how elegantly the developers answer the questions of detractors. This is a good job of the community manager

It seems to me, this is quite natural. Peculiar etiquette ICO

Yes, that's it

Why does IT need decentralization? There are many lotteries in different countries that successfully deceive people

I think I understand what you mean. Do you think that lotteries are just a hoax, where no one really can win?

Just like it seems to me, this project is a real parasite for users who want to get rich quick. No, I do not mean investors. I'm talking about those poor people who will participate in this lottery

What's the difference? I do not think about any morals, for me the profit is important. The profit here will be enormous

Well, I somehow did not think about it. For me it's just a reliable project that promises a lot to its investors

By the way, note, I'm not saying that this project is bad and will be completely unsuccessful. I'm just hinting that most likely, it will have almost no audience

I think that's what you said. Moreover, the lack of an audience is deadly for such projects

Do you seriously think that this makes sense? The chances of winning the lottery are negligible

You know, people around the world are playing in state lotteries (where there is the possibility of deception). In this lottery, the possibility of deception is not provided, so why does not it have fans?

Because state lotteries are an established industry. This project will not be able to reach the same number of users.

You're talking in riddles ... I do not understand why this lottery can not be popular

Maybe because the crypto currency is not yet popular enough?

You know, I read the White Paper a bit. The project is not as dubious as it originally seemed to me. But I still do not understand how it will attract users to really make money on it

Blockchain is usually positioned as a breakdown of an already established industry, a revolutionary technology. I think that gambling needs a good shake-up.

So it's only the first multi-billion-dollar lotto if you raise that much, correct?

If the developers are able to raise such funds, which for me is still doubtful
