The market is down, and BTC price is low nowadays, so it is obviously the time to buy more BTC if you have the ability to invest more in crypto actually. Selling now is not recommended because the price is not high, and it will not help you to get good profits. If you can't buying keep holding your BTC until the price go up again.

I think that at this point you should not buy bitcoin, can see that after several days of passing bitcoin price at the moment is showing signs of slight decrease. This is an old thread but it has a good question with the market right now. According to Bitcoin Misery Index, this is a great opportunity to buy! The whole market crashes, meaning bitcoin is undervalued and cheaoer. If you have fresh cash, I recommend you buy it. If you hodl, don't sell it.
