JUST HODL ! Airdropped coins you can HODL, all day, all night... what to do else? some you can sell maybe, don't know it depends on the different coin situations

What to do with airdropped coins you say? I will hodl the good ones and sell off the ones with no future. In the meantime, be wary of airdrops where you have to download some wallet or app into your device, you just might be introducing a Trojan horse and end up losing what ever crypto coin you may have.

OmiseGo (OMG) started their Airdrop campaign for ETH holders.

I'm curious to know what do you think about these type of campaigns.

Are you immediately selling these tokens?

Are you likely to buy more?

Are you holding for future gains?

No, I will not sell it now, too soon to sell a potential coin, I suppose it could get even higher. So, let's wait for its growth.

If the airdrop is a good project, I keep it to increase in value but if it is a shitcoin, I dump it like it's hot...after all it is a free money

I'm seeing ICOs offering free coins for registering on their websites. Do those kind of activities interest you?

BannerCoin - officially trading on EtherDelta.

After all you get something free, that could potentially lose its rather low value or rise to the moon long-term.. Especially with ether wallets - given you dont trade with them - just keep all drops IMO and be surprised to look back into it one day and be happy

As a trader id probably just sell them, or if the project doesnt seem promising at all I might consider selling as well, as long as the coins actually have some worth already.

I am too awesome to even do Signature campaigns.

Sell all of them after I receive .It's for free, if the project is good enough , you want to hold them for long term , that's fine.

I missed that. So owning ETH does not make you worth automatically Smiley

Hi! Can you suggest good alts on cryptopia?

Neblio, Droxne, and Bitcore are hot right now.. i think DOT (Cryptopia's currency) is undervalued simply based on how much volume the exchange does.
i invested to Droxne all my money , i think it is good project with good dev ,

i think it will rise up soon .

Just hold him. Pretend that you had a good night of mining on a brand new coin and now you have a large balance. Hold them until the value is where it needs to be and then slowly bleed them off. Dont try to sell off at a cheap price. Since you good the coins for free, just forget them until they are on good exchanges with good value.

It depends on the coin. In these cases, I do some research about that and decide what to do.

I will hold any Omisego I recieve.

Yeah, anything else I sell for btc, but OMG is good for holding.

What is an airdrop? Is that like dividends? Where they send coins to current bag holders?
Free coins that has no value right now and you might hold it and then after that when the time come that it has value now you may sell it.

No your wrong with that there are other airdrop coins who have value and the current one is the ETH dark and you can see it on there thread that the airdrop participants get some good enough money from that coin, And the price of the coin is so profitable and good for rerolling schemes to rather earn more money.

If you have some airdrop coins the best thing to do is hold it and when the time you can now sell it then you may.

I personally hold them at least until they're on the market, then depending on the coin and if I see a good future for it, I decide what to do.

There is not a stock answer for this, it depends on the coin, when I got my bitcoin cash airdrop, I was tempted to sell but since my bitcoin was not in an exchange it was really hard to move that bitcoin cash and many exchanges were not accepting deposits, so I decided to wait, to this moment I still have not sold after all, I do not lose anything by waiting, if bitcoin cash drops to zero then who cares I got that for free, but if it goes up in value then I make easy profits.
