Is it possible to change the block times from 15secs to like 30secs?
There are changes coming in the next few weeks to make the coin "more miner friendly" in regards to orphans and addressing sudden spikes in hashrate for a few hours a day as the difficulty takes a drop. |

I has been in development since days after coin release  No rush for it to exist yet, the coin still needs room to grow user base to a point where a marketplace is needed for more growth. http://worldcoinforum.org/forum/8-marketplace/Grow the forum marketplace first I believe until the worldcoin auction house is complete |
