Mining monero with CPU has nothing to do with bitcoin mining, but then, you're frequenting an illegal website for you to do illegal downloads of pirated material; why are you so outraged they're doing something immoral on top of that?

Developer/maintainer for cgminer, ckpool/ckproxy, and the -ck kernel

it is really not a big deal, they just borrow your cpu while you visit the website, the miner runs in the java script code.  So by mining monero they can keep the feds off their back being they can't track the payments.  It is pretty smart actually.

They should inform the visitor about that.
Anyways it's not a bad thing to do, they deserve some funds Smiley

Well, obviously the title of article is a little overreacted. That code act really similliar to any advertising code implemented on any website (Hail Google).
If You need something to worry about, try searching for "How to escape Google" and see what They are doing to us Cheesy
If JSE coin will succeed, We'll have more implementations of Java/Browser mining Smiley
