Is it decentralized throughout the users because that still means someone has to determine the rules and minimum parameters. I read a little details but is there a good case example? Just curious because football betting is somehow very complex when compared to other sports.

One more thing, is it not strange to airdrop AFTER selling out pre sale? Won't your presale supporters feel like they shouldn't have bought, especially the small ones?
