I have been trying to find out more about Satoshi, other than looking into his posts there is really little to tell.
Haven't been able to find very much, not even a claim saying they were good people.

What does everyone here know about them? What do you think they were like?

I just can't believe one person spent years working on this alone and only had one other person helping him for two years before Andresen got involved.

Did you see that guy code? That is truly amazing! through out the entire video no one matches their zeal.

My wife is the type of person that likes to start a project, put a ton of energy into it, and then step back and let other people run it once it's off the ground.  Maybe Satoshi's the same way.

Don't get all obsessive about it.

It doesn't matter who he was or is.

It's like like trying to find the person who invented fire.

Just be happy that you are warm and can cook your food.

Anybody else a fan of the "Hikaru No Go" anime/manga?

I see a lot of parallels between Satoshi and Sai....

According to Ted Nelson, the guy who conceptually invented the precursor of the World Wide Web some 25 years before the web went live and coined the word "hypertext", Satoshi is a Japanese math professor at the University of Kyoto.
