The more improvements come for Bitcoin and blockchain technology, the faster governments would be able to adopt this new kind of payment system to transform our world into a cashless one. Everything is moving slow, but steady, perhaps because many people don't know about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies yet. But, when the time comes, our world would be changed in a way we've never thought possible, beginning from the way we make payments to anyone across the globe, to the way data is stored in an immutable form.

All the recent advancements in blockchain technology has been brought thanks to Bitcoin, and if it didn't show up in our world in the first place, we would've been stuck with the old-fashioned monetary system controlled by central banks forever.
