And what's the point of investing in the project at the stage of pre-ICO or ICO?
As in all similar projects, buying tokens by the company
And what do I do with these tokens then?
Use them within the framework of this service or after some time to sell it on the exchange
And why should I be sure that their value will rise?
I'll try to explain how this works. A certain number of tokens will be released. 1 token will cost a certain amount in USD. To use this service - you will need to buy tokens and pay them. After the next session of the client and the seller, part of the tokens will be destroyed, in consequence of this the price will increase!

Oh, translators, communications. It's so old-fashioned, the ray would have written a machine-learning neural network, which would have learned to translate the text perfectly! That would be really cool!
it takes a lot of money and a lot of effort. It is very difficult! Let Google do it better Grin
Exactly! There is Google translator! Why do I need this shit for the money?
I think when you use google translate to communicate like with business friends from abroad it will feel strange. because many grammar is wrong if you use google translate and maybe your business friend will laugh when see your bad english. therefore this application exists to assist in communication between different languages..

Morning. As the suggestions I did page 14 of this thread have been nicely welcomed, please let me add another one :

You should target police departments of big cities.

i.e the same day, Paris police will have to deal with : Chinese tourist victim of pickpocket, illegal immigrant from Africa and a thief from eastern europe. In today's society, I think Police departments are one of the biggest regular consumer of translation services. However, they will only work with mandated and official interprets.
You should recognize such interprets in your app (they will need to send copy of ID + copy of the document allowing them to translate for the police), and they get this special status.

Once you estimate to have enough officials interprets (or maybe hire few of them for the marketing campagne duration), offer a trial to police departments of some big cities.
You just send them a Raspberry Pi, with your app already installed and some tokens in it. They will be able to test your project for free, and as simple as possible.

This can be a big pool of clients, having unlimited and daily needs for interprets services.
Huge potential in my opinion Smiley

All is easier, registration will be through an account google or facebook
But what about anonymity? Then it turns out the service will not be anonymous, right?

I do not understand how smart contracts are used here. What are they needed for?
Smart contract here plays a key role! Everything is based on the principle of his work!
And how does it work?
On its basis, a connection is established, the duration of this connection will depend on your balance of tokens. After the connection, the tokens are debited from your account and credited to your interpreter's account. It's simple. Smart contract just allows you to just implement it.
And why did you need to bind to this crypto currency? could not be done on the basis of fiat money?
I don't know, maybe in the end this project will work with all kinds of currency
This would be convenient, because the final payment is still tokens. What difference does it make what currency to buy these tokens
It is not known whether this is all within the law!

Why?
Because in many countries there can be a ban on the turnover of crypto-currencies and on the activities of all ICO projects

We will see. But such prohibitions can ruin a lot of good projects!
Most of these "very good projects" are a scam, so they want to introduce restrictions!
And also within the framework of these projects there is a huge turnover of money, which is not regulated in any way and is not taxed. This also undermines the confidence of government agencies.

And by the way, what about monetization? How do developers plan to profit from this project?

As a result of each transaction, 5% of the amount goes to the developers. So they earn!
If I become an investor, can I expect dividends from these deals?
