Try to start "startcoin.bat" first and after this start "startwallet.bat". This works for me

Someone had a lot of hash starting from block one devs.....
Pool balance and speed not updating properly and currently only working partially. Port 7777 also disappeared.

Connection refused, more timeouts, lost block hit status that were then deleted off my address.
