Coinbase is the easiest way to start buying either Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin with a credit/debit card using USD.

Once you've bought coins on Coinbase, open an account on Bittrex. It's very easy to sign up and get started on Bittrex. They don't take USD but you can transfer your BTC/LTC/ETH from Coinbase to Bittrex and by other altcoins.
i learnt coinbase will not transfer to some sites especiallygambling sites.

We have a local community where we can buy and sell Bitcoin. You can build a local community to buy and sell Bitcoin and other Coins. Beside this, you can buy Bitcoin form some website. Paxful.com is one of the most popular sites for buying Bitcoin. I recommended you Paxful.com. You can try this site. I think you will be satisfied.

how should i buy bitcoins Huh from credit card or paypal??

I think you can use coinbase wallet, if you want to buy bitcoin from credit card, but you may be id verified first before you link any credit cards you want on that wallet. or you can visit some legit sites, like localbitcoin or do a search for preferred legit one. its very hard for you to buy bitcoin in your country, here in my local community, our country provide us a bitcoin wallet that we can buy or sell bitcoin in easiest way.

Most of the time I buy Bitcoin from our local community. And it's the easiest way to buy Bitcoin. You can also build a local community of buying and selling Bitcoin. You can also buy Bitcoin from online. I prefer Paxful.com for buying Bitcoin. It is the most trustable site in online for buy Bitcoin by USD.

Depends on where you live.

Where I live:
- Transfer money from a bank account to an exchange like Kraken or Bitstamp, this is the cheapest option, the bank fee is only a few cents and the deposit to an exchange takes just a few hours
- Buy it on an exchange like Bitstamp with credit card, but there's a large fee
- Buy it on a Bitcoin ATM or almost every petrol station, 7% fee
- There aren't many people using localbitcoins around here and those that do usually want about 25% more than the market price, so I just let them keep it that price  Wink

I choose the cheapest options. If I don't care about anonimity I use bank transfer if I do I use ATM or petrol station to buy it with cash.

In countries where local currency isn't easily converted to $ and there's no ATM or shops selling it for cash, localbitcoins might be the best way to buy.

You can buy bitcoin through deals or buy bitcoin directly from other sellers in the market
In the United States, Coinbase, and Circle offer credit card payment options. In the UK, Bittylicious, CoinCorner and Coinbase also offer this service, accepts 3D Secure credit and debit cards for Visa and MasterCard networks
