That is exactly how I was when I started to trade, too much worried whether the price is going to go up or down, the worst trade was when I got profit from 3 days trade and it is gone within hours, crypto currencies is a very good asset to trade but the volatility is very high, so it need extra caution to make a trade

The volatility can surely be tiring sometimes but there is nothing we can do about if at least for now. However, from what you said, you got profit from 3 days trade and it was gone within hours ? Why will you leave your trade without at least setting an auto sell order if you are not present at that time. Don't look for high peaks, just always find the best place profitable for you that you know you cannot miss out if it climbs up.

It is crystal clear that the pumps and dumps of the coins in the crypto world are troublesome for some people. They are very much difficult for someone people to deal with but those who know the best use of these phases of digital currencies are at present the millionaires of the world and veterans of the crypto world. We should always set target for ourselves and sell coins at that point to avoid losses.

Trading is not a easy subject.When we buy any coin and its price to dump we are really upset for this.Another we get some profit and buy coin and after few hour we saw price are double.I make any decession before buy or sell any coin its best way to more profitable.Never add your emotional in your tradding partform you will be loser 

There should be a sense of calm and also the right thinking in choosing a coin that we will trade. because the wrong coin selection can make us lose. I am a person who does not want to take risks, so I do a pretty long analysis in choosing a coin. it will make me more confident with what I do. it's better to try long enough than think for a while just for mistakes.

not just a lose but also the effort of waiting on that coin would be useless so selecting where you trade is a serious decision making that you will wrong coin make you lose the time and effort would be no more so we need to be careful.

I remember when i started learning how to trade i can't sleep because i trade only for a short term and i need to wake up to see if my coins price goes up. That is very hard for me but i will still do it because i enjoyed trading.

Yes. It is hard for us to sleep because we are waiting for the coins to be pump. Insomia is the worst thing i experience when i started trading but this will not matter anymore what matter for us as a trader is the profit we gained.

we have a same experience 
that time when i bought an altcoin for holding it only took one night and then i trade it tommorrow morning, i was a newbie back then so i dont know what i am doing, my mentor scolded me with what i did,  i nearly had a patience of a kid when i am starting to trade, most coins i hold lasted only few hrs and then i trade it because i feel it just like a game but when life comes hard i realized i should start doing it seriously.

You do realise that not sleeping will seriously impact on your ability to make good decisions and in turn will reduce the amount of profit you can make? Even if you feel the need to regularly check the price of your coin, set an alarm every 3 hours or so, check the price and if nothing has changed then go back to sleep.

Yea lack of sleep is bad, cloud your judgment and possible losing your money or placing on bad coin or something else.
Setting up clock every 3 hours is not good call people you need to sleep, rest when you are rested you will make better call on possible investment. Dont get up in night to see if price change for few dollars rest.

I've joined trading since last month and I've a lot of problem with it at the start )) At the first time I've tried to trade ULA a coin from my country and it's really bad ) I can't sleep for nearly 72 hours to wait my ULA transaction got enough confirm to be able to trade on Novaexchange. Luckily, I bought it at 1k sts then I sold it at 4k sts ) From 0.1 BTC at the start I've earn 0.3 BTC after 2 days. It's not too much but I think it enough for me cause I'm just a newbie in trading. Beside there is one more bad memory about trading I have is trading in Yobit, IMO it's the worse exchange ever, they close or maintanance the wallet without any announcement that why I lost 0.2 BTC in this exchange because of B3Coin.

I think you are a victim of Analysis paralysis (kidding) , this type of illness get stick to traders who are over trading or over Analysing the market for a long period of time. If you are really not able to sleep then that means you are high emotional trader, and to be honest i want to tell you one thing, just take a break of few days or a month before you start trading again. Take trading as a business and you are not going to be a millionaire here by overnight, and so try to take some rest every quarter and don't touch trading for few days and then comeback strongly and you will feel good by doing this i am sure about it.

This is the sole reason why I don’t invest in altcoins. They are full on wastage of money, time and energy. Altcoins just follow footsteps of bitcoin but the problem with them is that they cannot bear swear dumps whereas bitcoin can.

If altcoins were banned instead of bitcoin by China, they would have been disappeared from the crypto market forever. In short, the only liable currency is bitcoin.

 Same just like me, when first trading crypto and I get a lot of profit then I became hard to sleep and always in front of PC to analyze the market. In the first month of trading I get a lot of profit, maybe because of luck. But in the next month because too over trading and emotional finally I got loss. From this experience, finally I know the most important in trading is always patient. do not greedy and keep focus , sleep enough and dont over trading.

Me in my experience in first time i trade crypto i earn some btc and im so happy for it that it makes me buy some coins also when i read in trollbox chat that hill coin will pump i buy it all and when i see the price is going down untill 2 satoshi i lose my btc and i lose my excitement too so now when i do trading i study hard about the coins before i invest my money

who starting new trading account that person never sleep at night. because he was new to this field for that reason he was always checking his balance. and he thinks like richest man in the world. actually i'm also one like that person because i have to started trading then i did not slept at night. i dreamed i want to get more profit for my bit coin and get very rich fastly and some more bit coins i want to invest again i have to get more profit like that i have to imagine.

Some altcoins still do have some pretty good support but obviously incomparable to the level of bitcoin support which is why bitcoin still thrives till date. Although, China did not say anywhere that they banned bitcoin, but if a particular altcoin should experience the kinda FUD that was generated for bitcoin, apparently only the owner will be holding it right now at a very low worthless value. Altcoins to me are just good for the benefit of trading, while some still would show huge prospect in the future.

I strongly agree. The first time I did trading, I don't want to lose sight of the platform because the price may increase and I don't want to miss it. I usually sleep around 4 in the morning and have to get up early for work. But now, I've learned to prioritize things. By the way, I do trading full time now and I'm satisfied with my income in my trading activities and also with lending/staking of other altcoins. Kudos to all traders out there!!! God bless us all!

Basically those two things are a good thing to do to make a profit, just maybe we should really know the developments or price movements that occur between Bitcoin and Altcoins. I just suggest for at the moments focus on bitcoin first, but it doesn't mean leaving or disparage from Altcoins trading.. keep doing it on Altcoins too, keep it and be patient, of course all the price of crypto currencies will be definitely will be experiences a rising prices at certain times given the price is fluctuating.

Best moment: I am just new to Bitcoin and started joining to signature campaigns. And when got accepted and paid after a week, I finally earned and had my first Bitcoin. Just a small amount but I can really feel the start and saw it grew in value as well.

Worst moment: When I thought Bitcoin will drop in value because of the banning of government in China and other countries. It turns out that the did not really go down and had to buy again when a higher value.
