Before marketing firstly, they need to develop the product and this will create more awareness about the project. Then the team will start marketing aggressively because they have a product which can help them to get more awareness about the WePower.

+100, Marketing/hype is a funny thing, timing is everything, time it too early, you waste good money if the hype has died by launch, too late, and can cause problems for attracting users to the platform. Very important to time correctly, but the main marketing campaign will not begin for some time until closer to the public launch

Wonderful event the team is moving forward with full power I like this approach this will drive more investors into this big project. If we track the development progress than it is undervalued token and good choice for investment even that is below than ICO price.
