Another Fucked up ICO !!!!!

Did transaction with 23 GWEI as they said it would need...alright...after 2 hours they say use 50. OK cancelled the transaction ( wasn't mined yet )
Now every transaction i send fails ( cancelled by contract so it seems ). i AM whitelisted

Can you clarify this sentence from your medium announcement:

"The ETH price will be fixed at 1000 USD to mitigate price volatility risk and ensure that the necessary amount of funds to implement the project are raised."

What does that mean? 1 ETH is fixed to 8000 tokens, right? So how does USD price come in exactly?

Well, the last couple of weeks there were price swings from 800 to 1200, so we took the average of that. We had to lock the token supply, and to do so, we had to lock in an ETH price.

This price makes me happy, a pretty good offer. But I think that over time the price will in any case be higher

The team did so well to make number of contribute to the campaign with 0.2 ETH individual cap, at the end, my transaction failed even with the size of gas used. I felt very bad because have waited so long for the campaign.
