Can someone tell me how can this coin get on Binance ? I don't see anything special about them, it sucks that the coin I am holding never get list on this exchange.

Yes, after The platform is launched, the price will rise.
And the current low price is due to the market. It is not the matter  of WePower. Every time WePower price starts to rise, Bitcoin and Ethereum fall and cause WePower to fall. Two days ago Wepower price was rising slowly, it reached  0.13 dollar. But he market did not let Wepower to rise more.

WPR price was rising from 0.7 to $0.1 when it listed on binance. Unfortunately it seems you are missed the pump.
