ins was pumped when it got on binance and some people might have bought during the pump and now holding they are holding ins at huge loss. ins development is progressing at good pace, it will be pumped again, just have to wait for that time to come.

I don't thing that causes the INS price to be more independent from BTC. All the coins in the cryptocurrencies market are dependent on Bitcoin.
Any way, Launching the own blockchain will cause the price to rise very much.

Dude, MOST people only buy tokens or invest in ICO just to earn money not because of its project/concept as well but there are few people who believes in a long term investment its just that INS is getting low each day/week because of this bearish market and I am one of THOSE who still believes and holding ins(I bought some in ICO) and even joined their campaign. If given a chance of having more I will buy more because I knew that one day Peter will deliver good news to its hodlers.
