Here is my list I have accumulated in last 2 weeks. Of course BTC is a much higher percentage than any of these.   Any thoughts or recommendations ?  Should I move some of the amounts around or get rid of any completely ?
I have bought them in the order of how much I believe in them primarily.  A few I just figured why not if they had a really low price.  Especially in the sub $20 list. They way I looked at it was a very spread out portfolio made sense for the alt coins.
Considering getting Dash.  Sure looks like its on a good path and maybe its not too late. If there any others I should really consider please let me know.
Thanks

Amounts listed are how much total is invested into each coin

Over $1K

ETH

$300-$500

LTC
NEO

$100-$200

ETC
Monero XMR
Qtum
ripple XRP
nexus nxs
Waves
Lisk LSK

$50-$100

Golem/GNT
iop
OMG
Tenx
DGB
Verge XVC
Nem XEM
Bitshares BTS
MAID
Emercoin EMC
Komodo KMD
civic CVC
Rise
Steem
bitswift SWIFT

$25-$50

SYS
START
DOGE
SafeX

$10-$20

bitsend BSD
Vcash XVC     .
BAT
SNGLS
redcoin RDD
bitbay BAY
whitecoin XWC

I am also considering Bitcoin Cash.  It is only half the value it had in late august while Bitcoin is only down a little over 20% now.  Ethereum classic is also down about 50%.
LTC was up to $90 whenBTC peaked but has only recovered to $53.  Seems like it may also be a good buy right now.

I would get rid of everything that at the bottom of your list except of maybe BAT and Vcash.
Also in the range of 50-100$ I believe in such coins:
TenX
BTS
Komodo
OMG
all in all your portfolio seems to diverse for me

Waves and Lisk are  good picks, but I think you should invest more in those two coins. Theyre going to be great in 2018, its a great longterm invest if you just relax your big bags. I am going to hold waves for a long time, its going to be great with that nice roadmap! Smiley No need to sell!

Thank you.  Nice and good for you, that is pretty awesome.  I really wish I had known more about this a few years ago.   Fortunes were easy to make back then if you believed in it and held on.  I feel like its not too late but much harder than it was.

I know I have a crazy diverse portfolio but I figure my odds are better with this plan of attack.  Time will tell.

I think 37 coins are too much and too hard to follow. I can even not imagine 37 coins in my portfolio. First of all, I think you should eliminate some of them and decrease the number of coins which you have.
What is your time frame of investment?
Do you want to trade?
Are you going to invest more to altcoins?
These questions are also important for the people who want to help you.

Yes 37 coins are too much to become our portofolio. Just stick/foccusing with 5-10 coins to reach max profit.
OP, you didn't invested in bitcoin?

If you focus main part of the budget on the coins that companies like bitmain are selling miners for I think that is a safe bet

I should think bitcoin is a must to be one of our portfolio, You're right about 37 coin just like a deal with the casino. That will be difficult to track the performance of each coin. that means we will no see the big reason to put a lot of money in there.

If i see your portofolio.
You need to keep
Ltc
Monero
Neo
Eth
Because these coin is mature already if we compare to your other altcoin

And the new alt you have and need to still keep it is
Omisgo
Nem
Komodo

If i am you i will convert all and inveat more on those coin only.

Several points about your portfolio

1. I think 37 coins is fine, I prefer to have more coins than less. This gives you more opportunities for profit and catching the 100x coin which will make your year.

2. I have been adding to some of your coins and still consider them undervalued at current market cap levels as of Sep 27.2017: LiteCoin, Bitsend, Doge.

3. Lisk (smart contracts in Javascript), Waves (decentralized exchange, token creation), Neo (smart contracts), Monero (privacy) seem like decent technologies and likely to appreciate in the future, but they already have high market caps therefore I am not buying at these levels.

4. I already have exposure to Bitcoin Cash, but I would consider buying shares of BCH if I did not have any exposure.

5. You left out a few very high quality names Decred (DCR), Crown (CRW) which are worth considering.

If you invest on Tenx maybe you should invest on Centra token too. Price still low now. 1$ and Centra is do everything better than Monaco.

Time frame I am looking at is years.  I am thinking 3-10 years down the road for most honestly.

I  do trading on Bittrex.

Yes I plan to go at least 5X this amount by end of year.

To address someone elses comment yes I do have Bitcoin as well. Not an alt coin so I didn't list it.  I have about 60% total in Bitcoin. 20% in Ethereum.

That was my thinking too. Would love to hit the 100X even if I only have $50 on it. I played roulette wheel once and basically covered  the board every time.  Started with $100 left two hours later with $300.

Okay so make that 39 now lol  Tongue. Added $100 of each.   Decred (DCR), Crown (CRW)

I am planning on adding a lot more Litecoin and was looking at Bitcoin cash seeing how both are close to 50% of their all time high.  I would really expect both of those to gain a minimum of 50% in the next 6-12 months probably much sooner.

I'm in the same situation albeit not as many coins (23 right now).  I have ledger nano s for most of my storage but I have to ask how are you storing your coins?

Bitcoin on Bread Wallet

The rest are all on The exchange at the moment. was debating on getting a hardware wallet like the nano.  Can it store all those alt coins though ?   I thought it only supported a handful.

It only supports a handful but supports ERC20 coins which is nice.

Here's the list of supported coins...
