It seems this is legit project so that it will get more attention when that platform will go live and chance to get this token at cheap price will gone for forever. The technical part of a contract will be written on blockchain - smart contract. This smart contract will also contain a hash of PDF file in which a ''real'', a traditional contract will be written. This will ensure that no later changes will be possible neither in smart contract or in a traditional contract.
