People started trading there more so the volume has increased significantly since that ST mark was added to SPF. IMO we are out of the danger zone.

I have a question if someone don't have utility bill for residence proof than what is solution for this issue to pass KYC procedure. So many people live in house on rent so what is solution to prove residence in any country?

You have several options for proof of residence:
- A bank account statement.
- A utility bill (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
- A government-issued document (tax statement, certificate of residency, etc.).
