Thank you for your good question, let me try to answer it:
1. Pundi X token (PXS) is only used by crypto developer and crypto trader /platform for any service or transaction in our Pundi X ecosystem only. You can see PXS as an utility token for developer , trader but investment token for purchaser.

2. I believed bitcoin is not declared as a legal currency in many countries, not only Indonesia. We are starting in Indonesia and will expand to the world. Indonesian market is large and bitcoin is becoming a trending topic in here, people follow the news about bitcoin but they find it difficult to purchase it since there are only few options. We want to solve that problem (build an ecosystem to enables everyone to buy and sell crypto easily)
And we are also have our QR payment system in Indonesia (Pundi-Pundi app) launched in Feb 2017, so we are in this market and have a real product already.

If the plan mentioned above if about Indonesia government, since we are using the X POS device to trade crypto to fiat, it doesnt have any problem with the regulation, we are following the regulations
