What the.. may I know when was it happen?

▪️ Two exchanges were hacked a while ago: Coinrail (2.6 billion npxs stolen) and bancor (229 million npxs stolen).
▪️ In order to prevent the hacker/s from dumping the stolen npxs, Pundi X team requested to all decentralised exchanges to delist the npxs trading pairs.
▪️ Centralised exchanges usually have a script which will freeze all the deposited funds from an flagged adress (the hacker's adresses are flagged). In case of a deposit by an unflagged adress, the hacker/s will get limited by the daily withdraw limit.
