Can someone explain to me why U.S residents arent allowed for presales? Ive so far looked at two different coins today and they both wouldnt accept U.S residents.
I really want to purchase STK but unfortunately I cant.

why not just buy at the exchange when its on the market? exchanges don't care whether you are from US or not so long as you get to send ETh there you are welcome, this depends to the exchange though. etherdeltha sure will allow you to buy. |

It's the same with 95% ICO's. They are afraid American Security And Exchange Comission will recognize their tokens as security and they aren't allowed to sell securities. So to avoid any trouble it's easier for them to ban US citizens from crowdsales. |

why not just buy at the exchange when its on the market? exchanges don't care whether you are from US or not so long as you get to send ETh there you are welcome, this depends to the exchange though. etherdeltha sure will allow you to buy. Thats what I will have to do. I was thinking the price cut isnt that big of a difference anyway. |

I see : Team and advisor tokens will have a vesting period. Pre and public sale tokens will be unlocked.

Yes, private presale tokens are locked in for 90 days (hold period). Team and advisors will have a hold period 120 days. |

Is this project gonna be in progress, had the team gotten the minimum funds?
The problem with developing to day is that even when its in the ICO phase they are nowhere to be found. Some of them are not even trying to at least make the users in this forum think they are legit.

Yes, it seems so, And they reduced hard cap in 2 times as well (they wanted 150 mln$ at first). Its too much for such project. Also, min requiments for pre-sale 85 eth -too much as well. |

I wouldn't wonder if this project won't get the funds they need to start it up. The project seem not being supported by reputable bitcoin business too, but if it were just connected to any reputable individual in the crypto and the chinese, it might just have reached its hard cap. |

Good move imo.. hard cap adjustment makes sense. It's the new reality of market. Good for investors as this will help drive demand when it hits the market
