can anyone tell me what are the specific differences from crypterium to Bankera? Because they look more or less the same.

can anybody from crypterium answer me please Smiley?

HuhHuh?
Dear Victor, we already answered your question, please see the copy of our previous answer below:

Most of competing services develop cryptopayment wallets. That’s great for sure, but Crypterium it’s not just a multicurrency wallet. We develop a set of products for customers and  merchants.

Crypterium develops Credit subtoken, a unique decentralised lending solution for customers. Since the team has strong and approved expertise in acquiring we plan to develop cryptobanking solutions for merchants.

We wish the best of luck to the colleagues developing fintech services. Together we will create an integrated infrastructure for blockchain economy.

The one more important difference is the status of Crypterium token. CRPT token is the utility token. That means CRPT token represents an unit of service, not a share of a business. Thus, it has low legal risks unlike sec tokens.

Our users will be able to use Crypterium mobile cryptobank application to make contactless payments in shops and withdraw cash at ATMs equipped with NFC terminals. We will be issuing virtual cards for our users and all payments will be done in fiat, for the merchant it will be same as if he was selling his goods to a user having traditional bank card.

Why such a long ICO (57 days)?
Timelines were set by our team and advisors, it may be slightly longer than everyone is used to, but it gives plenty of time for users to make their decision and participate in the ICO.

Hello! How will the fluctuation of BTC value affect the hard cap? Do you exchange the BTC from ICO straight away for fiat or keep them and sell on the go in the future when the need of money arises?

Just an FYI, I am 99.9% sure it is against forum rules to post affiliate links, and to allow them to be posted in your thread.  They are ONLY allowed in one's own signature!

I would highly recommend you go back and delete those, doesn't make the coin look good either that silliness of people posting their own referral links to promote THIS project in THIS projects announcement thread.

Just looking out:-)

Hello! How will the fluctuation of BTC value affect the hard cap? Do you exchange the BTC from ICO straight away for fiat or keep them and sell on the go in the future when the need of money arises?

No one answered this. So let's make a simple math:

300M coins from where 70% is allocated to community so 210M coins for 0.0001 BTC each. Lets assume that there isn't any premiums offered. Hard cap is 47M USD. 210M CRPT/47M USD * 10000 would assume BTC price of 2238 USD per BTC. If premiums are calculated the price would be slightly higher (with average premiun of 10% allocated it would be around 2500 USD/BTC. So now the BTCUSD is roughly 8000 and to reach the hard cap it would mean that under 1/3 of the 210M CRPT could be allocated to meet the hard cap. What if BTC will rise to the MOON and be 10k+ in one month? Will you calculate the monetary value of the moneys recieved by the transaction time value or will you hoard the BTC and look the value at the end of ICO? Are you excahnging the BTC right away to fiat or do you keep them invested in BTC?

what if the bitcoin price is 10000 $, is the price of crtp 0.0001 btc ?

If you read my question it was for the USD denomination hard cap. At the current price of BTC they could sell only 60M:ish CRPT coins/tokens before they hit the 47M USD cap and probably lot less as BTC is most probably going north also in the coming weeks. Not the 210M as presented in the materials (70% of 300M max allocation of CRPT coins) as it would be worth over 150M+ USD!!

I was asking that are the BTC covnverted to fiat instantly at some exchange or are they held until end of the ICO and then converted or some other plans? FUD would be that they're hoarding BTC for speculative means and thats the most riskiest scenario as the price is very volatile. So lets say they get the hard cap 47M worth of BTC at current BTC/USD price. The ICO ends and all is fine and unsold tokens are "burned" but the BTC's gathered from the ICO are still in HODL and no hedges are made. Then the price of BTC goes -50%, -30% etc. or it goes +50% What happens to the project funding and possible USD loss or profit from the BTC? Their funding won't be sufficent to the planned budget any more if they haven't sold/hedged their BTC to USD and it drops. Or will they get free money to the company stake holders if/when the BTC rockets and they get extra USD? Or is the surpluss allocated to the community somehow (buy back scheme etc.)?

Normally companies have risk management and would be interesting if that in the funding of this magnitude of project would be just "forgotten"... Huh

So some conspiracy theory could be that this ICO is this a nice swap of CRPT coin to BTC to the company stockholders and other innercircle that will keep the BTC and speculate with the price going to the MOON? There is no worries if that happens if the price fluctuation is hedged away so in the worst case scenario the pipeline funding and budget won't be affected.

I guess C's are simply very similar to each other. The CREDITS project also features a C.

For the color alone I would not mistake the Crypterium logo with the green one. Besides that does the Crypterium logo feature a labyrinth while the green C features an adapted monetary symbol.

Good luck to you, you made a right decision to support this project, although the ICO is not over yet, the amount collected
will speak for itself that it's already successful.

Hell ya, this is looking more exciting everyday!  BIG missing piece right now in crazy crypto land and sure seems like super solid team here.

I'm in pretty hard with this one, well pretty hard for a little guy anyway:-)
