This ultimately means that creators of Monaco could pump and dump with ease at leveraged advantage of having 2/3 of entire coin supply. This is impossible in case with Crypterium (CRPT), since all unsold coins will be burned at the end of ICO, and public owns vast majority of coins.

cool, i've invested in crpt so we are in a same boat. just curious as MCO doubled its value in the last 2 weeks.
