My Litecoin Transfer went to your bitcoin platform instead of going in your Litecoin platform to buy your Crypterium coins. Can you please assit me in getting it out of the Bitcoin account?
This could be interesting, is this even possible? So you entered a Bitcoin address when transferring Litecoin? Looks like the Litecoin blockexplorer
https://live.blockcypher.com accepts Bitcoin addresses, but the Bitcoin blockexplorer doesn't accept Litecoin addresses. Maybe you are lucky and they can import their private key of their Bitcoin address in a Litecoin wallet to send you the funds back or claim the funds, if the format if compatible. But you won't get an answer here for it, write to
support@crypterium.io , so far I got always an answer for my questions, even if it needs a a day or two, which is understandable because of the high interest.
Meanwhile I got an answer why my withdrawal transaction disappeared: "You cant see the transaction because hasn't been included in a block yet". I guess because of the high number of transactions on the Ethereum blockchain sometimes they get lost, and then they send it again after some time. Will post again when I got the CRPT.
