My friend sent ETH an hour ago and hasn't received BDG token even after adding custom token to MEW.

Could the problem be that he sent ETH during step 1 and went to step 2 to fill out the profile later after already sending ETH?

EDIT: Actually it seems he somehow sent to an address ending with ...f74 and not the correct one ending with ...159, so that's explains it

I would assume that Bdg has covered all bases to ensure this sale did not happen, I don't get why the states have to overcomplicate everything.

The SEC measures were taken to protect you, so you holding the tokens won’t get you into trouble. It’s the company running the ICO that will have their entire token sale liable to criminal charges in case they did not take the necessary steps to prevent US citizens from participating, assuming the SEC will ever investigate that company for that particular reason. So your all good

I’m a US citizen too and I already bought 35000 bdg. I think I’m gonna hold these tokens further. I doubt Uncle Sam will pick on us being a smalltime investor..
