3. Terms of the project in general or the order of construction
4. The investment budget, which includes:
- the cost of land per m2 of the object
- the cost of connecting to the dialect to them networks on the m2 of the object
- Estimated cost of permits.Permits for construction. For the construction and commissioning of the object per m2
- Construction budget, broken down in detail on the blocks listed on the m2 of the object:
- below zero
- skeleton floor
- Facades
- Internal networks (Electricity, heating (depending on the region), Ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and others)
- finishing
- landscaping around the object
- marketing cost per m2 of the building
- detailed project in BIM model
- used energy-saving technologies and green standards, according to the scale provided by the Platform.
5.The total cost per m2 of the building!
6. Portfolio of the company, experience in the implementation of projects, the success of their operation, information about the owners.
The platform evaluates all received information, verifies the company at the first stage, at the second stage the project itself and assigns it a primary rating according to the criteria set by the platform conditions.
