As I understand it, you are right, because decentralization always modernizes something or kills. But it seems to me that gamers are not the target audience of the project

Yes, I noticed, it's more like something like an online movie theater where everyone can put out their movies and earn some on it

Is it possible to call it profitable? So far I see only opportunities for advertisers

It is also worth considering the cost of subscribing to the channels. It seems to me that this is something between Twitch and Netflix

I like the idea, but it's decentralized and anonymous, right? Then what prevents users from leading violence or pornography? How will this be controlled?

I dont know, maybe blocking accounts? It seems to me that this is a good way, not to invent anything new

Only, probably, private, but not corporate? Then this is a good enough idea, although it will more resemble the Youtube with live broadcasts

I think that all the participants in the discussion somewhat misunderstand the essence of the project. It's not analogue of Twitch, more precisely, it performs not only its function. This immediately all the streaming services in one application

We believe that filmmakers deserve a platform to monetize their work and connect with their community. We want to eliminate the need for distribution companies that act as intermediaries and strangle profits. Instead, we envision a place in which filmmakers can upload their movies and are paid instantly and transparently without losing control over pricing and ownership of the content.

Yes, this is a really good idea. I think this is a good opportunity for small studios

That is, the main direction of the service - is it the small studios that are engaged in movies?

Really? I always thought that streams always mean bloggers. It seems to me that it would be logical to give the opportunity to participate in this project not only for studios

We have a reward system structured to incentivize participation on the platform in exchange for SSH coins. This includes reviewers, bloggers and other forms of social engagement. We are also structuring a reward system for participation in terms of number of film views, comments/reviews, and so on. Just about every method of participation will have a reward incentive built in.

As far as "Streaming" is concerned - we are referring to Streaming Video. While "Streams" are form of blogging. "Streaming" should imply video. But, just clarifying here if there was any confusion.

You mixed the idea of decentralized money, mixed the video streaming system with video and distributed data using peer-to-peer networks. All this has been invested in the idea of the distribution of independent cinema. It sounds great! I wish the developers good luck, I look forward to the first releases of the platform!
