But is the tech fake? For me it looked rock solid, when I bought it.
Litecoin founder Charlie Lee has also left LTC.
Is there still room for speculation or does Zil now just know one direction? (down)
And if so why would that be? Is CTO leaving reason enough?
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Zilliqa is most promising and emerging project as compare with any other asset but it's all about believe in it. This will move to the moon very soon it getting more power than before. I believe it will outperform very soon so stay positive with it.

Really? Have a look at their team. CEO is almost does not have experience... and their CTO... its just a joke... Before Zil he has worked (sorry, had free practic) for 4 month as Intern   Shocked

https://www.linkedin.com/in/jia-yaoqi-7588a347/

Some of them doesn't take thing seriously. "stay positive" is a big buzz word and some time, you need the negative like magisterr to take and calculate all the risk. I rather like magisterr than the positive guy.

I am still wondering how many of these projects were just opportunistic moves by people from academia. For sure they took advantage of the euphoria created by the 2017 mega bull market. Back then even the worst and scammiest projects would give insane returns. But what did they leave behind? Just tons of bag-holders that think that "positive attitude" is enough to bring a project back on track. Now the telegram channels are full of crybabies complaining about the price or zealots that do not tolerate even the slightest objetive analysis of the current situation of the project.

The project changed to be a scam.
CEO,CTO resigned,LOL,this is the most ridiculous .

and thundercore, the chief scientist also choose to leave.

For these scam projects, funding raise is the ultimate aim.
So,be careful with Chinese projects.

I think Thundercore is just the poster child of what we have seen over and over again. They create a project and a lot of hype around it. I believe they invested huge amount of money on the hype. They use their "status" as faculty at Ivy League Universities to create confidence among investors. People actually believe they have integrity and are committed to the project. Some people go full into what they believe is a revolutionary technology. The team, raises millions of dollars. In the case of Thundercore it was 50 million. Once the bear market hits and destroys the alt market they just abandon the project. They probably already took a few million dollars with them. Why would they care about the investors? But lets be honest, it has not been only Chinese projects. Most of the projects are just scams presented like real startups. And who are you to blame. Startups fail 95% of the time, statistically speaking. So they are safe, your money is not. Let's be honest because only truth shall set us free.

Where have you got inf that Charlie Lee left Litecoin?
This CEO (Xinshu Dong) raised money, than sold a lot of tokens on pump and run away now and making another one project. Is this not a scam?

...

Wikipedia says he sold most of his coins in 2017, but still works with the Litecoin Foundation.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlie_Lee_(computer_scientist)

Quote

In December 2017, Lee announced on Reddit that he sold almost all of his Litecoin holdings due to a perceived conflict of interest. He had been criticized for his tweets, which had a possible effect on the price of the coin. Lee sold or donated all of his coins except for a few minted in physical form which he kept as collectibles.

Lee is currently working full-time with the Litecoin Foundation on Litecoin adoption.

https://cryptopotato.com/xfers-partners-with-zilliqa-to-launch-straitsx-stablecoin/

Xfers, a fin-tech company from Singapore, is set to launch a stablecoin called StraitsX by partnering with blockchain platform Zilliqa. The token will be pegged to the Singaporean Dollar, and it would be available in December 2019.

StraitsX: A New Stablecoin on Its Way
Xfers is a Singapore-based company focusing on online financial services like payment transactions. It provides a transparent and secure infrastructure for all sorts of businesses.

By partnering with the popular blockchain platform Zilliqa and launching StraitsX (XSGD), Xfers aims to contribute to a more open financial ecosystem within Southeast Asia. The product is set to launch in December this year, and it will be pegged to the Singaporean dollar.

Commenting on the matter was CEO, Tianwei Liu, who said:

“StraitsX demonstrates our willingness to adopt technology to propel our vision of building an open banking infrastructure for the region. With the transparency that blockchain provides, as well as the stablecoins being price-pegged to local fiat currencies, StraitsX aims to be a common ledger for digital assets, payments, fund transfers, and e-commerce.”

Additionally, the project should also receive the support of other major companies in the region, including Sparrow, WoWoo Exchange, Binance Singapore, and CoinHako. Xfers is also backed by Facebook’s co-founder, Eduardo Saverin, who is also on the Brazilian richest people list, which provides additional confidence in its intentions.

^ why to buy?
Because in around 2 weeks Zilliqa will be the backbone of the worlds 1st official approved (MAS) stablecoins
1 XSGD = 1 Singapore Dollar
&
1 XIDR = 1 Indonesian Rupiah
and im sure many more, as Zilliqa is the ONLY Blockchain in the world that can handle tx in the thousands at a very very low cost.

and XFERS will be launching more direct fiat options to these stablecoins.

Zilliqa liquidity at these prices is low, i bought a bit last week and price jumped up over 10%..
so began slow buying the dips lol, trying not to push up price.

The amount of developments happening around Zilliqa and Aqilliz, partnerships with some mega big groups will take Zil into the Billion$ cap easily.

https://www.marketing-interactive.com/martech-firm-aqilliz-picks-ex-hsbc-innovation-lead-prateek-dayal-as-strategy-chief/
This guy has been smashing it for Zilliqa at Singapore fintech 2020 this week.

oh this today...
https://www.asiablockchainreview.com/mas-helps-develop-blockchain-based-prototype-for-multi-currency-payments/

There is alot happening , thing is many wont know until Zil is over $1 each...and then when they buy $1 will still be cheap to them...
$10-$50 each Zil will happen eventually.

Crypto.com will offer its users the ability to buy and sell cryptocurrencies with the Singapore Dollar. This will be the primary result of a partnership with Singapore-based Xfers, announced today at the Singapore Fintech Festival.

Crypto.com users will be able to instantly buy and sell mainstream cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP and its own MCO and CRO tokens.
https://cryptobriefing.com/crypto-com-and-xfers-to-enable-cryptocurrency-purchases-with-sgd/

An additional collaboration will see Crypto.com providing support for Xfers’ pilot stablecoin initiative StraitsX and the XSGD stablecoin.
The Singapore Dollar-backed stablecoin   Grin Grin  will be introduced to Crypto.com Pay, a mobile payment solution for settlement between customers and merchants.

Crypto.com is set to enlarge its recently celebrated base of one million users as Kris Marszalek, Co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com comments:

“We are pleased to partner with Xfers first to enable crypto purchases in SGD and then on the strategic stablecoin initiatives surrounding StraitsX and XSGD. Both solutions will increase the utility of the Crypto.com platform for our Singapore community.”
Launch is scheduled for December.
