the popularity of bustadice is getting better. I am very optimistic with this dice gambling site. apalagibdengan falling bitcoin prices will further increase the number of players who will enter in bustadice. because with the fall of BTC prices, do not make the gambling gamblers to look for altcoin-based gambling sites

If you see the weekly wagered top 10, it shows that top 3 is dominated with bitcoin gambling instead of alts. JD is in fourth spot with its altcoin gambling ( clam ). The other altcoin option has pretty much small volume as well so it is still not worth it

Is there a source of historical statistics on this? I would hazard a guess that although gambling market is smaller in BTC (or Alts) given the increased value in USD it is actually still growing. It would be nice to find some numbers to prove or disprove my theory.

Are you serious with what you are saying? Bitcon Gambling is huge. With the cryptocurrency itself it still growing wouldn't it make any sense in stopping yourself to accept more altcoins in the process. And MinerHQ is right they should be accepting other cryptocurrencies if the gambler likes to stay away or avoid paying network fees that are high. Accepting Altcoins will mean no harm to there business as what they are doing is obviously accepting more room for growth in the future.

Yes mostly in a gambling site now are using bitcoin to deposit, there's a huge number now of gambling site using bitcoin compared to altcoins even though altcoins are low fees. Some gambling site now try to used altcoins but i don't know if still work so far as i know all are using bitcoin to be gambled.
I'm in bustadice i also gambled using bitcoin but i'm not sure if altcoins are the best thing to used when i bet in gambling.

What are your thoughts on implementing Lightning Network support? I've been using it on the testnet and although I'm not using a wallet interface yet (I'm interacting directly with lnd on top of roasbeef's btcd) I've already fallen in love with it. If you want to test an implementation of it on testnet or mainnet, I'd love to help, just reach out to me here or however else.

It is a very fast protocol for implementation to make bitcoins usable on crypto casinos again.

I think I have to agree with this statement, for small gambler the bitcoin fee is too expensive so the solution is either implemented lightning network or accepting alt coin, but since the lightning network still in testing, it might be a good idea to accept some alt coin, most of the gambler include myself prefer to deposit with altcoin, it's faster and cheaper

Feels good to finally be in profit, everyone that didn't get scared and divested should be up a decent amount now. Personally up ~0.04BTC.

Yes i feel you dude we are the same here i also gambled my bits balance earnings from signature campaign in bustadice and now i won 25% with my holding balance bits. Hopefully bustadice have an free bits given if your balance turns to zero.
Since i'm holding a small amount of bits i did not play again if i lose in betting.

You are correct sir hopefully they are going to lower their fees especially in withdrawing balance to your main wallet i think too much cost you needed before you withdraw it. HIGHLY appreciated if they are going to free fee when you withdrawing your balance.

Yes Daniel is the current owner of bustabit and bustadice but it doesnt state anything about merging the two site. It can be operating as two different site with the same owner for as long as we know there is no announcement yet regarding merging it for now. Merging it would be nicer to give more exposure for bustadice
