Women are able even recommended to take a role in social field, laws, government, and politics as men. They also can involve to enhance good society.  

Yes, and women do take these cushy, well-paid jobs en mass. Whew, how would society function without secretaries or paper pushers with degrees in gender studies or liberal arts?

However, you don't see them lining up for the most difficult jobs like construction, mining, firefighting, engineering, or any STEM related field, en mass.

And when they DO approach those fields, the standards are almost always lowered for them (see: firefighting fitness standards lowered for women), or they will claim it's sexism that they couldn't make it in that field. Muh wage gap.

Am going to be direct with my responds and it well create some divided opinions but that is the truth. Women are us intelligent us men and thinking of them inferior is basically the strong half of human resources and capacity is not been utilized for the betterment of society and the world in general. You don't need to give these ridiculous examples for saying that women are superior. It is not like the men give sperm and women give kids in exchange. It is like retrograde thinking. Both the man and woman are equally responsible for the birth of the child, although you can say that the woman needs to sacrifice more during the gestational period.

Not all men have this concept of women. But in my view, men think they are superior to women because of their Physical capabilities, and that they can do more interactive physical activities than women. But even in this concept, it cannot completely explain the relevance of how men see women as inferior to men because women also can do things men can do. Men may also think that they have a more comfortable life than women, an example of this is women's pregnancy, women are the ones who are struggling to give birth while men are not facing these struggle.
