a.) Just making BTC and having fun
b.) Has an agenda to bring down all the alts and strengthen BTC
c.) Is involved in something far more sinister (think how the banks or government would try and destroy alt currencies so they only had to focus on BTC) . BTC probably gives them nightmares enough as it is imagine what they think of alts!

Even if you ban someone there is nothing preventing them from making a new account.

Then there is the reason why you want people banned.
Simply wanting to remove that what you don't agree with is pretty egotistical.
In my opinion, if there is a bug in the system which allows the creation of new chains to subvert stronger coins then bringing out lots of new coins is the best thing that could happen. Cryptocoins are still kindof embryonic. I assume these kinds of developments are just growing pains. When a crypto curreny becomes a significant part of the world economy the kind and severity of attacks wil be much much greater than what you perceive here.
In my opinion it is not even an attack, it is simply riding out an opened door. Someone will allways try to ride out the opened door, no matter if you ban them or not.
So from my perspective all these altcoins is just part of a balncing the ecosystem.

If people want to invest in CuntCoin then thats their problem. If CuntCoin undermines another crypto then that other crypto was not very robust in the first place.

That's exactly the point. None of this shit here is legitimate. None of this shit has any inherent value.

This is not true.
All blocks created (and thus all crypto coins created) require some specific work to have been done.
Without this work the crypto would not work.
So this work is inherent to all cryptocoins. You can even call it intrinsic value but you possibly need a systemic view of a crypto to apply that.

Out of all the shitcoins made, the one's he makes are the more useless ones. He comes up with inappropriate coins(VaginaCoin/WeedCoin), that are pointless. I think it ruins this section even more as it is.

voted NO, shouldn't be banned, hasn't done anything worthy of a ban. If people don't wish to mine his coins that's fine but yeah let's not have anymore coins for now unless they bring something new and useful.

Rather just make some union here not to mine any further coins unless they brings something new and follow a fair release procedure.

To be fair though weed coin was quite a fair release although other than that brought nothing new.

Nobody can't and shouldn't stop him to offer coin creation services, that's his right and coin creation can't and shouldn't be stopped.

Edit: I know he's made a few and released them himself, but my point still stands. I really wish the altcoin forum was just about a few coins and not the shitstorm it is now. I personally think this altcoin subforum should be removed, until then, he has done NOTHING WRONG. He simply provided a service. It's incredibly ironic all the votes hes gotten for banning considering Bitcoins purpose was basically based on the freedom of controlling your own money. The ONLY altcoin I think had (at least in concept) any interesting thing going for it is Namecoin. The rest are blatant clones of bitcoin that bring nothing new. For the end user, whatever altcoin you use, they are all the same as bitcoin except for the logo and name. There is NO incentive to use Litecoin/ feathercoin etc for any normal person finding out about cryptocurrency considering bitcoin's standing. ALL of the latest altcoins are based on the same premise:
