Back up your positivism with actions. Ex.: If you are not ready to take a test, and you try to be positive you will pass it, you're screwed, it will be worthless because your positivism is unfounded.

really tough question. For someone to be an optimist always, it is natural. And for someone the whole problem. As an option, when a person has a goal and goes to it, he has no time to be sad, etc.  Roll Eyes

To still be able to think positively when the situation is very difficult is to enjoy all the processes without having to think about it or can be more short is to go on vacation for a moment to refresh the mind so that we can think more clearly later.
