close your eyes, remember and correct yourself to what we have by seeing others who do not necessarily have what we now have, until finally we find the word gratitude to be grateful for what we already have.

Don't dwell on or make excuses for bad things. Instead focus your mind on solutions and how to get yourself out of bad situations.
Break it down into small and manageable steps.
Have trust in yourself and your abilities to make things better.

When things go your way, take time to appreciate them and how hard you worked for it.

Think about the situation like you are not you and aren't into it. This helped me a lot. Pretend to be a separate brain which just watches and analyzes

If I face any trouble. I don't care it . Bcoz it is my luck. When I get too much pain I expect for positive. But one phrase I was reading my high school book😊 Where is difficulty, there's have a way of success ✌️🤞✌️

first of all the positivity depends on the situations you are in. then you should decide that rather you can stay positive with that person or not means behaviour matters. and if you are an optimist then you should be positive all the time no matter what is the situation. because it goes with your nature and behaviours of an optimist.
