Not a lot of people know this coin. Not much of marketing to spread info about it and is just listed on few exchanges. These things make this coin very undervalued. It has a very good community and in no time, I think it's price will start to rise up. Devs are very active.

Hello I read about the centralization development in India in regards to its currency. If you want to build a decentralized digital currency for India, aren't you going to face enormous problems from your government? How does that all work out? I mean what India is doing now is probably the strictest centralization a country could go for. Are you all based in India and is your project welcome/legal?

This doesn't open in Google Chrome and no app available for the Chromebook . But i am very interested in this , i can see massive potential. I see rupee is being traded on Novaexchange , so i open an account there , and i think iwill move some ETH from another wallet , and buy RUP with ETH on Novaexchange . . . . but Nova want minmum 0.05 ETH deposit to open a wallet . . this is too much . . i just want small amount of RUP to start . . . where else can i buy RUP in small quantity .?
